On behalf of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control, I welcome the
organizers and participants of the 5th International Conference on Information Security
«Infoforum-Ugra».
The organizers of the conference bring up the most relevant problems of modern
security for discussion. This year, special attention will be paid to the issues of supporting
and developing the information security industry in the context of economic sanctions,
the need to strengthen the interaction of countries and organizations in the face of new
challenges and threats to information security. Such events provide experts in the field
of information security with a unique opportunity to discuss the principles of information
security in the modern information society.
The International Conference on Information Security is one of the most significant
information platforms held in the Russian Federation, organized to solve problems in
the field of information security. The event will allow to exchange views and experience
on the analysis and forecasting of emerging threats to information security, as well as to
discuss the principles of developing approaches to implement a set of measures aimed
at preventing these threats.
I wish the organizers and participants of the 5th International Conference on
Information Security «Infoforum-Ugra» further success in solving the tasks set and
