On behalf of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the
Russian Federation, I cordially welcome the participants and guests of
the 6th International Conference on Information Security «Infoforum-
Ugra» with the participation of representatives of the BRICS, SCO and
CSTO countries.
The issues of information technology and security considered at
a high international level to affect a wide range of approaches to the
development of multiple areas, such as digital sovereignty and cyber
interaction between countries, formation of practices and principles of
electronic information exchange within countries and on international
platforms, training and building scientific and technical capacity for
sharing knowledge on development of technology and cybersecurity,
protection of young people from information manipulation.
Holding the conference in the format of thematic forums aimed at
considering diverse issues will allow not only to find new information
implementations, but also to form and strengthen business ties and
contacts to solve problems in the field of information security, the
development of artificial intelligence systems, cryptographic tools
and communication equipment.
I wish the organizers, participants and guests of Infoforum-Ugra
a productive discussion, strengthening and developing ties, mutually
beneficial contacts and acquaintances, successful business projects
and joint search for solutions on a variety of topical issues.
